India ‘In Talks’ With EU On Possible Nuclear Pact

India is in talks with the European Union to sign a civil nuclear cooperation agreement and the deal is expected to be signed next year, The Times of India reported.

The newspaper quoted the EU’s ambassador to India, Joao Cravinho, as saying the agreement will mostly focus on areas of research. He did not say when the agreement will be signed.
