Sir,
David Hansen (Letters, 1 May) claims that wind turbine business 'went to Denmark' because of 'support for nuclear power'. Support from whom? Certainly not the Government, which has so far avoided any overt support and, in a white paper, implied that it was unnecessary and too expensive, nor the public, which remains bitterly divided on the matter.
